Celebrations and Corporate Events
Abgunste Manor knows how to welcome guests, provide everything needed and create team-building events for your group: from red-carpet-worthy celebrations with a stage for your performances, to themed adventures with specific characters, elements and game props, to sporty and humorous outdoor events with workshops, stations, challenge bases, relays, competitions and attractions.
The manor's 7-hectare grounds include the manor house, an event barn for up to 150 guests, two glass orangeries in the garden where guests can dine outdoors, ponds, a park and manor apartments for accommodation. Up to 60 guests can sleep in separate beds, with additional beds in the attic for a total of up to 90 overnight guests.
The manor kitchen provides meals by prior arrangement, including coffee breaks, lunch, dinner and breakfast options. The bar provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments, but we also allow companies to take care of their own team members and bring their own drinks.
Formal events (award ceremonies, formal dinners, evening celebrations and balls), including:
Short-format room rental:
- Barn for up to 150 guests, Mon-Thu = EUR 1,200 / Fri-Sun and in summer (May-September), any day = EUR 1,500
- Glass orangeries for up to 60 guests = EUR 900 on any day of the week
- Grand Hall in the manor for up to 50 guests, Mon-Thu = EUR 500 / Fri-Sun and in summer, any day = EUR 700
- Caesar's Room in the manor for up to 12 guests, Mon-Thu = EUR 180 / Fri-Sun and in summer, any day = EUR 280
- For rental of the entire manor complex, we send an offer on request
The rental price includes:
- The room for up to 4 hours between 13:00 and 19:00, including preparation time, table setting and decorations (candlesticks, no flowers)
- Manor tour
- Room arrangement
- Round tables in three sizes of your choice (diameters 1.20 m, 1.30 m or 1.80 m)
- Long tables or one communal table
- Screen and speaker
- Stage for performances (barn events only)
Feast:
- Celebration lunch or early dinner - from EUR 35/guest
- Service, depending on the number of guests and whether bartender services are needed
*21% VAT and, during the winter season, heating service are added to the price.

Team-building events (humorous outdoor games plus lunch or dinner) can involve the Abgunste team in directing the event according to a theme, including organisational support with props, decorative elements, table setting and activities. Alternatively, we can support an event planned by your own group. The offer for the event includes:
Room rental + kitchen offering + decorations, direction and organisational involvement, with or without accommodation.
Room rental:
- Rental of the entire complex from EUR 3,000/day, depending on the number of guests
The rental price includes:
- Manor rooms and grounds from 13:00 to 02:00, or until 12:00 the next morning when accommodation is booked, including preparation time, table setting and decorations (candlesticks, no flowers)
- Manor story and tour
- Room arrangement
- Courtyard, pond with or without swimming, and beach area
- Round tables in three sizes of your choice (diameters 1.20 m, 1.30 m or 1.80 m)
- Long tables or one communal table
- Screen and speaker
- Stage for performances (barn activities only)
- Atmosphere: string lights, outdoor lanterns, furniture (chairs, tables and sofas), carpets, vases, stands/easels, gift suitcase, chests and more
- Practical but important details: garden lighting, firewood for the bonfire and waste removal
Feast:
- Lunch from EUR 20/guest
- Dinner from EUR 35/guest
- Breakfast EUR 15/guest
- Glasses, tableware, linen, ice and water service EUR 6/guest (the client may bring their own refreshments)
- Service, depending on the number of guests and whether bartender services are needed
Accommodation:
- Up to 60 people in separate beds, or up to 90 guests when all sleeping places are used, from EUR 33/guest, depending on the total number of overnight guests

Formal or informal lunches in the glass orangeries
On a sunny day or warm evening, a wellbeing meal in a peaceful atmosphere is a wonderful opportunity for any company or group to celebrate a shared team victory or success, or simply create a habit of spending time together.
- Both orangeries for up to 60 guests = from EUR 800
- Dining from EUR 45/guest
