Upon request, stating your preferred date/month/day of the week and number of guests, you will receive an estimate or offer for your desired number of guests. This number may still be changed up to 10 days before the event, when the final payment is also due. It is possible to adjust individual items by reducing or increasing their scope and content. Recent experience has shown that guests are not always provided with accommodation at the couple's expense, but can reserve beds and pay for them themselves. More economical decoration solutions are also possible without losing the overall charm and sense of occasion; we discuss all of this together. You should bear in mind that this may be the biggest event of your life, as well as the birthday of a new family or the official confirmation of an existing one, and there is no need to overspend. At the same time, good and beautiful things cost money. The estimate includes everything that belongs to the venue, with no hidden costs. Your responsibility remains the other main elements: clothing and rings, music, photography, host, printed materials and wedding cake. Other possible details are simply extras that can add to the event if you wish to consider, organise and finance them.

Our rental price already includes a great deal: string lights, outdoor lanterns, orangeries, furniture (chairs, tables and sofas), carpets, vases, stands/easels, a gift suitcase, chests, garden lighting, firewood for a bonfire, waste removal, a screen, projector and speaker.

Decorations are created on site, where the manor's hostess, sometimes together with other flower fairies, creates beauty. A fairytale atmosphere is created based on your colour palette and other wishes, combined with Abgunste's charm and well-tested values.

After booking and signing the contract, you will receive several practical tools and examples that almost replace the presence of an organiser until the wedding: a sample schedule, a list with pictures of the available props, examples of decoration, examples of ceremony locations, table layout plans and room plans. On the wedding day at the manor, our entire team, led by the event coordinator, will take care of you, making life easier and the celebration more enjoyable for you, your witnesses and other people responsible on your side. If the offer you receive is acceptable or open for discussion, the next step is a tour of the rooms, followed by an agreement and advance payment.
